Creamy smoky ziti

This dish is soo good, I can’t believe how simple and delicious this turned out.

This spring pasta dish is also really good cold.

Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken

“Bake chicken in a delectably rich sauce made of butter, wine, golden mushroom soup and cream cheese with chives. Serve over angel hair pasta for a dish that is fit for your most elegant dinner parties.” revised from All-Recipes K: Delicately flavor easy to make sauce, paired nicely with angel hair pasta. This could be adapted for a Steak Diane sauce with the addition of worcestershire and sour cream.

Rigatoni and Sausage with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

A succulent sauce made with almonds and roasted red peppers coats the twirling surfaces of the rigatoni. It is succulent Italian at its best!

Great for dinner or snack or lunch, just not for breakfast.

Honey Garlic Meatballs

This is a typical “play around” recipe!

Chicken pie

Easy as pie!

Jamie’s Spinach Feta Pie

This is a recipe from Jamie Oliver’s 30 minute recipes. I love the way it’s first baked on the stove top in a frying pan.

Classic Potato Gratin

At our French themed Potluck party last weekend I made a really yummie gratin. I loved how easy it was. Cooking the potatoes, shortly, in the cream with the garlic added just that extra bit of taste. I used Gruyere, one of my favourite cheeses, for this one!

Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

Bored with Mac and Cheese? Too many KD in your past? Try this one! One of my favourite recipes comes from one of my favourite tv chefs Michael Smith. It is a great combination of crab, (or lobster) and cheese, with a lovely hint of cayenne and paprika. Yummy, sooo good. The fun with Mac […]

They come up with great creations such as Cheese Pancakes, Apple/Bacon Pancakes, etc. Just add your own favourite […]

Chicken Pesto Penne

What I like is to add some bacon bits to the Boerenkool. To be very […]
