Pasta Primavera

Preheat the oven to 450 F. Cut the vegetables (except for the tomatoes) in equal 2 inch pieces. Toss together with the olive oil and spices, salt and pepper. Transfer to a foiled baking sheet. Bake for about a half hour in the oven. Stir half way through the baking time.

Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water. Drain the pasta (keep some of the cooking fluid).

Mix the vegetables with the pasta, the tomatoes and some of the cooking fluid. Add salt/pepper and cheese to taste.
