Knead a dough from the first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate until use.
Bake apples in a frying pan until a bit softened, add the applesauce, the cinnamon and the raisins. Sweeten with some sugar if necessary.
Cover a springform with the dough, cover the sides up as far as you can.
Fill the dough with the apple mixture.
Make a crumble by mixing the butter with the vanilla sugar and flour. Right before you’re done add the brown sugar, don’t overmix, you want the brown sugar shine through!
