Cut Large plums into smaller portions about the size of a lima bean. If using the smaller plums, half and remove seed.
Using a wrapper, coat the edge of one half with egg. place a couple of small pieces of plum in wrapper with 1/4 tsp sugar (or as desired). Seal by pressing edges.
If you would like to boil, boil for 3 – 4 minutes and remove.
Pan fry with a bit of butter, til desired carmelization and crispness.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and melted butter. Or you can serve with sour cream mixed with sugar.
